Amplifon has completed the acquisition of two companies,Hearing Instruments and Precision Hearing Aid, owned by a major Miracle-Ear franchisee with about 35 stores in the United States.

The newly acquired stores are located in Pennsylvania, generate annual sales of about $20 million and employ about 80 employees, a note said.

This is the second acquisition in the U.S. since early 2024 by the group with the goal of increasing its presence in the world's largest hearing care market.

Miracle-Ear is the brand through which Amplifon operates in the U.S. retail market through direct and franchise stores.

After this latest acquisition, the Miracle-Ear network in the United States will reach about 400 direct stores, adding to the more than 1,200 franchise stores.
