Alpha Holdings, Inc. announced a private placement of 3,952,570 shares at an issue price of KRW 2,530 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 10,000,002,100 on December 3, 2021. The transaction will include participation from System Semi-Investment Fund 1, System Semi-Investment Fund 2, Infinite Tech Fund 1 for 1,185,771 shares each returning investor Premier Bio Corporation for 395,257 shares. The transaction is expected to close on April 25, 2022.
