Ajinomoto Windsor plans to invest $20 million in adding a production line for rice at its frozen foods plant in Yalobusha County, adding 60 jobs. The Mississippi Development Authority will give $600,000 to help pay for infrastructure, while the Appalachian Regional Commission will contribute $200,000 and Yalobusha County will give $50,000. The Tennessee Valley Authority is giving undisclosed assistance.

Production on the new line, including a 5,000 square-foot addition, is scheduled for June.
