On January 9, 2023, Agilent Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the purchase of up to $2 billion of the Company's common stock (the "2023 Stock Repurchase Program"). The 2023 Stock Repurchase Program will commence on March 1, 2023.
