Agile Content, S.A. (BME:AGIL) announced a private placement of convertible bonds for gross proceeds of €7,000,000 on April 14, 2020. The transaction will include participation from funds managed by Onchena, S.L., Sierrablu Capital S.L and returning investor, Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A.
