Actoz Soft Hong Kong Limited announced a private placement of 19,000,000 common shares at a price of KRW 1,098.9 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 20,879,100,000 on November 22, 2017. The transaction will include participation from Actoz Soft Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A052790). The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor. The transaction is expected to close on November 30, 2017. The company reported total assets of KRW 147,737,258,238 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
