ACROW INDIA LIMITED Acrow India Limited informed that based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19th December, 2022, have subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, approved the following appointment of directors: Appointment of Mr. Gopal Agrawal as a Managing Director Additional Executive Director of the Company effective from December 19, 2022 for a term of three years including and upto December 18, 2025. Mr. Gopal Agrawal has completed his Post-Graduation in Commerce (M.Com.). He has a rich experience of more than 2 decades (23 years) in the corporate sector.
He holds directorship in various closely held companies in the cotton industry. He is also associated in the business of Real Estate and Food Products. He also posses great management skills and entrepreneurship skills.
