4Cs Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3726) agreed to acquire Cure Co., Ltd. from Toyo Life Service, Inc, Toyo Incubation System Ltd. and TOYO-NET.JAPAN Co., Ltd. for ¥650 million on May 29, 2015. The transaction was approved by the Board of 4Cs Holdings Co.,Ltd. The transaction will close on July 1, 2015.
4Cs HD Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in mail order business, wholesale business, retail business, and hygiene consulting business. The Company operates through four segments. The Mail Order Business segment is mainly engaged in mail order sales of cosmetics, health foods, and femcare products. The Wholesale Business segment is mainly engaged in wholesale sales of cosmetics, health foods, and aroma-related products. The Retail Business segment is mainly engaged in retail sales of aromas and miscellaneous goods. The Hygiene Consulting Business segment is mainly engaged in comprehensive hygiene consulting, sales of hygiene-related products, and inspection business. The Company is also engaged in test marketing to determine the feasibility of new businesses.
