Yasuhiko I made a bid to acquire an additional 19.09% stake in Favorina Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3726) for approximately ¥150 million from Hiroyuki Sato, Yuji Eguchi and other shareholders on May 17, 2013. Favorina Holdings agreed to the tender offer bid on May 17, 2013. Hiroyuki Sato and Yuji Eguchi together hold 18.76% stake in Favorina Holdings. Yasuhiko I is acquiring 1.09 million shares of Favorina Holdings Co.,Ltd representing 19.09% stake and paying ¥135 per share. The tender offer period is from period from May 20, 2013 to June 14, 2013. Favorina Holdings has no plans of delisting.
