Shri Tusarkant Parida holds a Bachelor?s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Utkal University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 24 years of professional experience. The appointments and changes were recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, adhering to corporate governance norms. The company communicated these changes to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited as per regulatory requirements.
