Rohini Rawat, Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director and Shri Ram Nihal Nishad, Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director have been completed on March 5, 2026 in terms of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Order dated March 6, 2023 and accordingly, they ceased to be Independent Director(s) of the Company with effect from March 6, 2026.
