Mr. Bassam Jurdi is a Vice President of Real Estate at Washington Capital Management, Inc. He joined Washington Capital in 2014 as Vice President, Real Estate.
He is based in WaCap’s Los Angeles office, where he is responsible for new investment originations and asset management.
Since joining the company, he has invested over $300 million of Washington Capital’s client funds in new development projects and existing asset acquisitions and has served as asset manager of a 2.5 millions portfolio.
He worked at Bentall Kennedy from 2005 to 2014, during which time he closed over $1.0 billion of dispositions and acquisitions and had asset management responsibilities for 7 millions of properties.
He received his undergraduate degree from Lebanese American University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
