Dassault Systemes said to be in talks to buy ArisGlobal for $2bn
The French software group is said to be in discussions to acquire clinical trials solutions provider ArisGlobal from Swedish fund Nordic Capital, the Financial Times reports. The deal would strengthen Dassault's presence in the life sciences.
