Henry Quan was appointed as Vice President of Corporate Development for ATI Technologies, Inc. in August 1999.
He joined ATI in December 1989 as Director of Marketing and held various roles including Vice President of Product Marketing and Vice President of Corporate Marketing.
Prior to joining ATI, Mr. Quan held various senior marketing and product management roles at Panasonic, Merisel and CompuServe.
He was a Director of Ascalade Communications, Inc. until June 30, 2008.
Mr. Quan received a Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia.

Yingchun Quan worked as a Controller-China at Oplink Communications, Inc. from 2000 to 2007.
Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, she was a Senior Finance Manager at Hua Yin International Holdings Ltd.
She also worked as an Assistant Controller at China Motion Telecom Holdings Ltd.
from 1994 to 1997.
Later, she held Vice President-Finance and Vice President-China Finance positions at Fiberxon, Inc. and Source Photonics, Inc. respectively.
