Michael Quan
Profile
Michael Quan oversees PAR3 Communications' finance, human resources, legal and administration departments.
Prior to joining PAR3 Communications, Quan served as Vice President in the Global Technology Group of Citigroup's Global Corporate Investment Bank where he was responsible for a broad range of financial analysis, financial advisory, and capital raising activities.
Quan has extensive experience advising corporations on restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and use of derivatives and other financial instruments.
Prior to Citigroup, Quan worked for the Walt Disney Company in finance and operations, Bankers' Trust / BT Securities in Capital Markets, and Merrill Lynch in Mergers and Acquisitions and Fixed Income.
Quan received an MBA from the Darden School (UVA) and a BA from UCLA.
