On August 15, 2022, ZipRecruiter, Inc. ("ZipRecruiter" or the "Company") held a
conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended June 30,
2022 and financial outlook (the "Earnings Call"). ZipRecruiter also issued a
press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30,
2022 and financial outlook (the "Press Release") and a letter to shareholders
announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and
financial outlook (the "Shareholder Letter"). Copies of the Press Release and
the Shareholder Letter are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to
this Current Report on Form 8-K.

ZipRecruiter is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in both the

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers.
On August 11, 2022, Emilie Choi notified the Company of her decision to resign
from the Company's Board of Directors, effective August 15, 2022. Ms. Choi's
resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company or due to any
matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
