LUISS ENLABS & LVENTURE GROUP: NEW SPACES IN MILAN

LUISS ENLABS and LVenture Group begin 2018 by opening their activities in the new LUISS ENLABS space at Milano LUISS Hub, strategic to support the positioning as an Italian leader in the innovation sector

LUISS ENLABS, Startup Accelerator born from a joint venture between LVenture Group and LUISS University, kicked off the activities of 2018 with the start of the Vertical Acceleration Program dedicated to the lifestyle sector in its new headquarters at Milano LUISS Hub for students and makers: the new multifunctional space of the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli, born in the heart of the innovation district of Milan, dedicated to education and innovation culture, aimed at high school students, managers, startuppers.

For LVenture Group, listed holding company that operates in the Venture Capital sector and provides the financial resources to the startups of the LUISS ENLABS Program, the opening of the Milan spaces has a highly strategic value: the city is the ideal location to continue its national and international growth process, not only for its strong potential for attracting investors and capital, but also for its ability to offer fertile ground for innovation, startups and contamination between the latter and large companies.

To participate in LUISS ENLABS Acceleration Programs, startups apply through an online call open to national and international teams. If selected, they receive an 80 thousand Euros investment from LVenture Group and access a 5-month program during which they participate in thematic seminars and are supported daily by a dedicated team and a Board of Advisor of over 50 qualified members, with the goal of achieving success on the market and being presented to investors, corporate and press during the Demo Day in May 2018.

Milan has been chosen as the location for the Vertical Lifestyle Acceleration Program as it is a leader in this sector, with a globally renowned business structure. The activities that LUISS ENLABS and LVenture Group will perform in the city will aim to leverage on the great potential and specific know-how related to its industrial nature.

The projects of LVenture Group and LUISS ENLABS in the city of Milan are therefore ambitious and immediately entail collaboration with the main players of the city in the world of innovation, investments and open innovation, with the purpose of building an ecosystem able to meet the needs of innovation and digitalization of companies also in Milan.
