Yuuzoo Networks Group Corporation Provides Unaudited Earnings Guidance for the Full Year Ended December 31, 2017

The board of directors of YuuZoo Networks Group Corporation announced that, following a preliminary review and discussions with its auditors on the Group's unaudited consolidated financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2017 (FY 2017), the Group expects to report a net loss for Fiscal Year 2017. The net loss after tax for 2017 is mainly attributable to amortisation and impairment of intangible assets due to write-offs of advertising rights.
