An unknown buyer agreed to acquire unknown minority stake in Young Wire Vina Company Limited from Youngwire Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A012160) for KRW7.3 billion on May 22, 2023. Financials for the year ended December 31, 2022 are Total Assets KRW6.2 billion, Total Common Equity KRW6.2 billion, Total Revenue KRW0 and Net Loss of KRW18 million. The transaction is expected to close on December 31, 2023.
