Statement	1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/06/23 2.Company name:Yeashin International Development Co., Ltd. 3.Relationship to the Company (please enter "head office" or "subsidiaries"):head office 4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:NA 5.Cause of occurrence:The deadline for payment of subscription for cash capital of 2022 was expired on June 22, 2022. This announcement serves as the reminder of collection for some existing shareholders and employees who have not paid for the share amount of cash capital. 6.Countermeasures:In compliance with provisions prescribed in Article 142 and Article 266 under the Company Act. 7.Any other matters that need to be specified: The collection period for payment starts from June 23, 2022 and expires on July 22, 2022. Shareholders who have not paid the payment can present the payment slip to Chang Hwa Bank -Zhongxiao E. Road Branch and all branches in Taiwan for payment during the preceding period. Those who fail to make the payment before the deadline shall waive the right to subscribe new stock shares. Shareholders who have paid during the collection period shall be reviewed by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation and the shares will be allocated to the depository & clearing account of the shareholders making the payment according to the number of shares subscribed.
