2.Company name:The Company and Yi Xin Investment Co., Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as " Yi Xin Investment ").
3.Relationship to the Company (please enter "head office" or
  "subsidiaries"):The Chairman of Yi Xin Investment is the same person
as the chairman of our company.
4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:Yi Xin Investment holds 11.38% equity in
our company.
5.Cause of occurrence:Both parties jointly invest in building housing.
6.Countermeasures:The Company intends to jointly invest in building 10 lands,
namely Land No. 174~177, 222, 223, 223-1, 223-2, 225, and 227 on the Lixin
Section of Linkou District, New Taipei City, with Yi Xin Investment.Based
on the investment ratio of land proportion owned by each party,the parties
provide the building funds and pay for the expenses of each cost. The
Company's ratio of contribution is 59.0% while the ratio of contribution
by Yi Xin Investment is 41.0%. Both parties sign the joint investment
construction contract to jointly complete the building of this project.
