For the first quarter, the company announced net income was BRL 43.225 million compared to BRL 167.888 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.14347 compared to BRL 0.55833 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.14336 compared to BRL 0.55833 a year ago.
