NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
YDUQS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("Company"), pursuant to article 133 of Law 6,404/76, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market that the documents and information pertaining to the matters on the agenda of the Company's Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held, on first call, on April 28, 2022 at 2 p.m., are available to the shareholders at the Company's headquarters in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, at Av. Venezuela, nº 43, 6º andar, Bairro Saúde, CEP 20081-311, and on its website(https://www.yduqs.com.br/), and were submitted to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission - CVM(www.cvm.gov.br)and to B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão(www.b3.com.br), in compliance with the applicable law.
We also inform that the documents required by the applicable law will be timely published by the Company in the "Valor Econômico", a newspaper of large circulation, with simultaneous publication on the newspaper's website (https://valor.globo.com/valor-ri/)
