Yoriso Co., Ltd. announced that it has received ¥3,520 million in a round of funding on January 12, 2022. The company has raised ¥3,090 million as equity and ¥430 million as loan in the transaction. The transaction included participation from Fidelity Investments, Norinchukin Capital, Sumisei Innovation Fund, a fund managed by SBI Investment Co., Ltd., Hakuhodo DY Ventures Inc., Sony Innovation Fund, Yamashita Health Care Holdings,Inc., HT Asia Technology Fund.
YAMASHITA HEALTH CARE HOLDINGS,INC. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of medical equipment. The Company operates through three business segments. The Medical Equipment Sales segment is engaged in the provision of general equipment, general medical consumables, endoscopes used in minimally invasive treatments, blood analyzers used in specialized fields, as well as medical equipment maintenance services and medical waste collection and transportation business.
