Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. announced that on January 21, 2017, Dan Goldberger resigned as chief executive officer and as a director of the company and its subsidiaries to pursue other interests. Current president Carl O'Connell will serve as interim CEO while the company's board of directors contemplates the permanent CEO. Mr. O'Connell joined the company in October 2016. He has previously worked in leadership roles at Wright Medical Group N.V., Calmare Therapeutics Incorporated (formerly known as Competitive Technologies), the US Healthcare Division MedSurg for ITOCHU, Stryker Spine, and Carl Zeiss Surgical.
