Registration Date	On process, the company should be registered within Q3 of year 2022.
Location	On process
Initial Registered Capital	on process, the company will be registered with the minimum amount as
and Shares	required by relevant US law.
Shareholding Structure	The Company holds 100% shares.

Source of Fund	Cash flow from operations of the Company

The above establishment is in accordance with the resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2022 dated 16th June 2022.

This information disclosure is not connected transaction and the transaction size is exempted from being disclosed under the role and procedure concerning the acquisition and deposition of assets of listed company in accordance with the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board.
