Seamico Securities Public Company Limited announced the resolutions of the board of directors meeting held on January 26, 2018 that the meeting acknowledged the resignation of Mrs. Phornpun Phornprapha as Independent Director, Member of Audit and Risk Management Committee with effect from February 1, 2018 and approved the appointment of Mr. Jesadavat Priebjrivat, an Independent Director, to be a member of Audit and Risk Management Committee with effect from February 1, 2018.
