Xcel Brands, Inc. Appoints Giuseppe Falco as Chief Merchant and President

On January 24, 2017, and effective as of January 1, 2017, Xcel Brands, Inc. entered into a three-year employment agreement with Giuseppe Falco for him to serve as chief merchant and president. Following the initial three-year term, the employment agreement will be automatically renewed for a two-year term thereafter unless either party gives written notice of intent to terminate at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the then current term.
Xcel Brands, Inc. is a media and consumer products company. The Company is engaged in the designing, production, marketing, live streaming, and social commerce sales of branded apparel, footwear, accessories, fine jewelry, home goods and other consumer products, and the acquisition of dynamic consumer lifestyle brands. It owns the Judith Ripka, Halston, LOGO by Lori Goldstein, and C. Wonder brands and a minority stake in the Isaac Mizrahi brand. It also owns and manages the Longaberger brand. Lori Goldstein brands, including LOGO by Lori Goldstein, and the brand is available through the QVC channel.
