Will Group, Inc. reports consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the full year ended March 31, 2021. For the year, on consolidated basis, Revenues were JPY 118,249 million against JPY 121,916 million reported a year ago. Operating profit were JPY 4,030 million against JPY 4,145 million reported a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent were JPY 2,363 million against JPY 2,380 million reported a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 106.35 against JPY 107.07 reported a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 104.59 against JPY 104.75 reported a year ago.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, Net sales were JPY 4,576 million against JPY 3,502 million reported a year ago. Operating profit were JPY 1,558 million against JPY 1,220 million reported a year ago. Profit were JPY 1,819 million against JPY 1,722 million reported a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 81.84 against JPY 77.50 reported a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 80.48 against JPY 75.82 reported a year ago.
WILL GROUP, INC. is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment business. Its Sales Outsourcing segment involves in the hybrid dispatch, general dispatch, and business contracting business, providing staff engaged in products sales, staff management, collection and report of sales information. Its Call Center Outsourcing segment involves in hybrid dispatch and general dispatch business, providing staff engaged in information providing and delivery, after services and claim handling to communication company. Its Factory Outsourcing segment involves in staff dispatch to companies in food, electrical equipment industries, among others. The Nursing Care Support segment provides nursing staff to companies operating nursing care facilities to provide stable operation of nursing care facilities. The Overseas HR segment develops human resources service business. Others segment involves in the general staff dispatch, among others.
