The Douay East Property consists of approximately 4,800 hectares and Bell Gold Property consists of approximately 3,700 hectares. The Douay East Property and the Bell Gold Property are located approximately 32 kilometers (km) south of Matagami, Quebec within the Casa Berardi Deformation Zone of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Company also has an option agreement for two lithium properties, Otatakan Lithium Property, and Pilot East Property. The Otatakan Lithium Property consists of approximately 7 claims comprising 2,222 hectares. The Pilot East Lithium Property consists of approximately 9 claims comprising 2,780 hectares. The properties are located approximately 90 km northeast of Ear Falls, Ontario. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Kaba Lithium Property, which consists of 3,486 hectares located in Georgia Lake, Ontario.
