The Manufacturing segment consists of Swisher Acquisition, Inc., a manufacturer of lawn and garden power equipment and emergency safety shelters. The Consumer Finance segment consists of retail financial services conducted through its subsidiaries, Wyoming Financial Lenders, Inc. and Express Pawn, Inc.
