Wee-Cig International Corporation (OTCPK:WCIG) acquired Vapor Spirits from Golden Star Enterprises Ltd. (OTCPK:GSPT) for $1.2 million on April 27, 2015. Under the terms of agreement, Wee-Cig International Corporation issued 45 million restricted common shares to Golden Star in exchange for 100% of the worldwide manufacturing and distribution rights of Vapor Spirits.

Wee-Cig International Corporation (OTC :WCIG) completed the acquisition of Vapor Spirits from Golden Star Enterprises Ltd. (OTC:GSPT) on April 27, 2015.
