• PUBLICATION OF THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT ON THE SALE OF THE REMAINING SHARES HELD BY IMPREGILO INTERNATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURES N.V. IN ECORODOVIAS  INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGISTICA S.A.

Milan, 25 January 2013 - Impregilo S.p.A. hereby announces that the information document drawn up pursuant to art. 71 and in accordance with Annex 3B, section no. 3, of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/1999, as amended, concerning the sale by Impregilo International Infrastructures N.V. (a company fully participated by Impregilo S.p.A.) of a shareholding equal to 6.5% of the share capital of Ecorodovias Infraestrutura e Logistica S.A. ("Ecorodovias") to Banco BTG Pactual S.A., has been made available to the public on 25 January 2013 - pursuant to current law - at the company's registered offices and on its website (www.impregilo.it).
