Wave Electronics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A095270) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 800,000 shares, pursuant to a trust contract with Meritz Securities. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and to uplift the shareholder value.
