Business Summary

Wagners Holding Company Limited is an Australia-based producer of construction materials and services for Australian and international markets. The Company operates through three segments: Construction Materials & Services (CMS), Composite Fibre Technology (CFT) and Earth Friendly Concrete (EFC). CMS segment supplies a range of construction materials and services predominantly to customers in the construction, infrastructure, and resources industries. Its key products include cement, fly ash, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete products, aggregates and reinforcing steel. Its services include mobile concrete, crushing and haulage services, and are provided via medium to long-term contracts both domestically and internationally. The Company’s CFT and EFT segments provide environmentally sustainable new generation building materials through composite fiber technologies and earth friendly concrete.
