VXL Instruments Limited announced that Mr. Kishan Sripathi Rao has served notice of resignation from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company on November 6, 2020 and that the Company has considered his resignation acceptable with effect from February 5, 2021. Please be informed that based on the request of Mr. Kishan Sripathi Rao, he will be relieved from the office of Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 2, 2021.
