Voyageurs du Monde has announced that it suffered a cyber attack on the night of May 15 to 16, which has been contained. The group has cut off internet access, and plans to gradually resume activity from the beginning of next week.

From an operational point of view, telephony and e-mail are functional, as are customer websites. Voyageurs du Monde can now monitor its customers' current departures, as well as requests for new trips.

'To date, there is no indication that any of our customers' data has been stolen', adds the tourism group, adding that no payment data is stored on its systems.
