On January 31, 2019, Deborah C. Wright tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors of Voya Financial, Inc. and from her position as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. The Board approved a reduction to the size of the Board from ten to nine directors effective immediately.
