Volex plc Proposes Final Dividend, Payable 30 August 2024

Volex plc announced that subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming AGM on 1 August 2024, the company proposed a final dividend of 2.8 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 30 August 2024 to shareholders on the register on 26 July 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 25 July 2024.
