Vitzrosys. Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A054220) announced a private placement of 26,000,000 shares at a price of KRW 500 for gross proceeds of KRW 13,000,000,000 on May 4, 2020. The company will raise funding through third party capital increase. The payment date is May 29, 2020. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. Out of the total shares being issued 13,000,000 shares are subject to hold period of one year and 13,000,000 shares are subject to hold period of six months. The transaction will include participation from new investors Vh1. Co., Ltd for 14,000,000 share for KRW 7,000,000,000; Imap hanbit growth No. 1 professional investment private equity trust for 6,000,000 share for KRW 3,000,000,000; and Imap hanbit growth No. 2 professional investment private equity trust for 6,000,0000 shares for KRW 3,000,000.
