Uttam Sugar Mills Limited announced that Mr. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal has ceased to be Whole Time Director of the company from the close of business hours on 31 December, 2020. However, he will continue to act as Director in the company in the category, Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, with effect from January, 2021.
