Thor Drive, Inc. announced a private placement of 1,416,666 common shares at a price of KRW 1,903.589131 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 2,696,749,999.857246 on May 17, 2018. The transaction will include participation from new investor Unitrontech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A142210). The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investors. The transaction is expected to close on June 16, 2018.

The Company's products mainly include semiconductors, displays and other purchased processed products.
