Further to the announcement by United Wire Factories Co. of signing a (non-binding) Memorandum of Understanding on October 21, 2021 AD with Themar Food and Catering Company for the possible acquisition of a share in the ownership of Themar Food and Catering Company upon reaching a final agreement between the two parties, and since the announcement of the signing of a memorandum The aforementioned understanding indicates the expiry of the memorandum of understanding term after 90 days from the date of its signing, subject to renewal with the approval of both parties.
The company announces its agreement with Themar Food and Catering Company under an appendix to the memorandum of understanding to extend the memorandum of understanding (non-binding) for a period of (60) sixty days, and it can be extended for other periods according to a written agreement between the two parties, for the purpose of completing the due diligence audit.
