United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (OTCPK:URHG) announced a private placement of 12,500,000 common shares at $0.2 per share for gross proceeds of $2,500,000 on March 12, 2013. The round will include participation from Northern Gold Producers, LLC. The company will issue 1,500,000 shares for gross proceeds of $300,000 in the first tranche and 11,000,000 shares for gross proceeds of $2,200,000 in the second tranche.

The securities will be issued pursuant to Rule 144 restrictive legend.
