United Carpets Group plc Recommends Final Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2016, Payable on October 14, 2016

The Board of United Carpets Group PLC is recommending a final dividend of 0.265 pence per share in respect of the year ended March 31, 2016. Subject to approval at the annual general meeting, this dividend will be paid on October 14, 2016 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on September 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date will be on September 29, 2016.
