UNIPETROL, a.s. ('Unipetrol') informs that on 28 December 2015 the merger by amalgamation of UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. ('UNIPETROL RPA') and POLYMER INSTITUTE BRNO, spol. s r.o. was approved by the companies' General Meetings with legal succession of UNIPETROL RPA.

The legal effects of the merger will come into force as at 1 January 2016.
