ASSEGNAZIONE ED EMISSIONE SECONDA TRANCHE DEI

"WARRANT ULISSE BIOMED S.P.A. 2021-2026"

Trieste, 18 gennaio 2022 - Ulisse Biomed S.p.A. ("UBM", la "Società " o l'"Emittente") (Ticker EGM: UBM), healthcare biotech company italiana attiva nei settori della diagnostica, teranostica e nel campo terapeutico, rende noto che è stato completato il processo di assegnazione della seconda tranche dei "Warrant Ulisse Biomed S.p.A. 2021-2026" (i "Warrant"), la cui data di stacco era il 3 gennaio 2022, come indicato nel comunicato stampa del 27 dicembre scorso.

I Warrant della seconda tranche assegnati ed emessi alla data odierna a seguito del completamento del processo di assegnazione sono pari a n. 1.007.552, invece che 1.007.968.

In conseguenza di quanto sopra indicato, oltre a quanto comunicato in data 27 dicembre 2021, alla data attuale risultano quindi in circolazione n. 1.350.677 Warrant, come indicato nella tabella che segue:

ASSIGNMENT AND ISSUING OF THE SECOND TRANCHE OF THE

"WARRANT ULISSE BIOMED S.P.A. 2021-2026"

Trieste, January 18th, 2022 - Ulisse Biomed S.p.A. ("UBM", the "Company" or the "Issuer") (Ticker EGM: UBM), Italian healthcare biotech company active in diagnostics, theranostics and therapeutics with the mission to provide innovative solutions in these fields, announces that, the assignment process of the second tranche of the "Warrant Ulisse Biomed S.p.A. 2021-2026" (the "Warrants") has been completed. The detachment date of the second tranche of the Warrants was January 3rd, 2022, as reported in the press release dated December 27th, 2021.

The Warrants of the second tranche assigned following the completion of the assignment process and issued as of today are equal to no. 1,007,552, instead of 1,007,968.

Consequently, in addition to what was communicated on December 27th, 2021, at the present date there are no. 1,350,677 Warrants in cisculation, as indicated in the following table:
