UCHI Technologies Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which is engaged in the designing, research, development, and manufacture of electronic control systems. The Company operates through three segments: Investment holding, Manufacturing and Trading. The Investment holding segment includes management services. The Manufacturing segment is involved in the manufacturing of real-time centralized energy measurement and control system, high precision hot fluid temperature control system and ultra-low temperature and mass sensing control system for bio-chem equipment, touch screen advance display and electronic modules. The Trading segment is involved in the trading of complete electric module and saturated paper for printed circuit board (PCB) lamination. The Company's subsidiaries include Uchi Optoelectronic (M) Sdn. Bhd. (UOM), Uchi Electronic (M) Sdn. Bhd. (UEM) and Uchi Technologies (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (Uchi Dongguan).
