Calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2017
Bergamo, 30th January 2017 - The UBI Banca calendar of corporate events for 2017 is as follows:

9th February 2017 | Management Board: approval of the draft separate company and the draft consolidated financial statements for 2016 and decisions concerning the result for the year |
7th March 2017 | Supervisory Board: approval of the draft separate company and the draft consolidated financial statements for 2016 |
7th April 2017 (single call) | UBI Banca Shareholders' Meeting |
10th May 2017 | Management Board: approval of the interim financial report as at and for the period ended 31st March 2017 |
23rd May 2017, 24th May 2017 and 25th May 2017 | Ex-dividend date, record date and payment date respectively of the dividend approved by the Shareholders' Meeting |
4th August 2017 | Management Board: approval of the interim financial report as at and for the period ended 30th June 2017 |
9th November 2017 | Management Board: approval of the interim financial report as at and for the period ended 30th September 2017 |
No dates for presentations of financial information to financial analysts have been set to date. The dates reported above may be subject to change, which will be promptly announced to markets if they occur.
With regard to Art. 82 ter of the Issuers' Regulations, we report that the Management Board has decided to confirm the format currently in use for quarterly financial reports with possible simplifications of the contents not strictly indispensable for an understanding of quarterly performance until the possible alternative decisions are taken, considering also the establishment of different practices in the sector. The dates for the approval of quarterly financial reports are given in the Financial Calendar.
