UAC Global Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for the Year 2020, Payable on May 7, 2021

UAC Global Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 24, 2021, proposed the dividend payment for the year 2020 operating performance of THB 0.20 per share, totaling THB 133,521,239.80, or dividend payout ratio at 86.00% of the net profit after corporate tax and legal reserve of the separated financial statements, of which THB 0.06 per share, totaling THB 40,056,371.94 was paid as an interim dividend on December 9, 2020. The final dividend payment will be THB 0.14 per share, totaling THB 93,464,867.86 will be paid from the net profit. The record date for the names of shareholders who have rights to receive the dividends scheduled to be on March 16, 2021 and dividend payment shall be made on May 7, 2021. However, the rights to receive dividend is subjected to the approval of Shareholders at the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
